I am interested in the job, but the open house is today and I am not prepared for an interview. Would I be interviewed at an open house?

Its just a chance to give them your resume and find out what kinds of job openings there are, meet the people doing the hiring. You may set up an interview, but its unlikely you would be interviewed right there.

Usually when a company has an "open house" its a chance for potential job candidates to tour the workplace area and find out about their current job openings. The employer will be looking over the candidates as well and introducing (screening) them to others in management. It's not very likely that you would be interviewed at an open house but I would definitely have several copies of your resume with you and be dressed and groomed to impress.

Usually it's just a meet-and-greet, so you see the company facilities, ask what they do and talk to some of the middle guys
