I was at the dentist office getting a tooth pulled..There was a TV in the room actually and I was watching it and not thinking about what the dentist was doing..I believe that was the first time I really don't remember the dentist pulling it out..I remember thinking Oh my God , all those people inside those towers what are they going to do,,I got this sick feeling in the pit of my stomach and I was thinking about my son who had just joined the Army in July and was in Oklahoma for basic training and wondering how he was taking the news..Which a couple of hours later he did call to check on me because he knew I would be taking this real bad..It's a day NO ONE will ever forget..God Bless Each Family Who Lost Someone That Tragic Day..

I was off work sick and my Dad had come round to keep me company. We put the tv on and it was all over the news so we watched CNN all day for the updates etc.. It was a big shock.
Strangely I have now noticed that I seem to be ill almost every year at the same time though!!!

I was sitting in my office in Berlin Germany and I had CNN on when the picture of the second plain came on,the newscaster was talking about the first plain and in the background I could see the second plain flying towards the tower and it didn't appear again just a plume of smoke ! it was the worst thing I have ever
witnessed live on TV.
I was trying to get in touch with my son who lives in the US
the lines where busy !
Then eventually he called me to say they where all save !
I will never forget that day as long as I live !
It will rank with : " Where were you when Kennedy was shot ?"
and
" Where were you when John Lennon was shot ?"
one of the most famous Questions !
Let's work peace and better times !

Had just fininshed a lecture at uni, and everybody was talking about this big catastrophe in America. So when I got home I put the TV on and just sat there transfixed for ages. I just couldn't believe what was happening. When my partner walked through the door I couldn't even speak, then just burst into tears for all of those poor people. Still get goosebumps as well. Awful, awful, awful.

This is the best option to get a background check https://tr.im/Ghwf5
Currently there are a lot of reasons to perform a criminal background check in today's community. These arguments vary from questions over a spouse's fidelity to misgivings regarding a recently hired sitter. There are several surprising figures out now that strengthen these doubts, and in many instances it is better to be safe than sorry. You may not realize it, but there can be quite a lot of people checking up on you. Potential employers top the list. Companies usually conduct background checks on job applicants primarily as a means to verify the credentials that you may have listed on your resume.

I was at work just going to have my dinner when someone mentioned that a plane had crashed into a tower in the USA.
They had the television on at the time.
It didn't seem real at the time, has if it was just a film being showned.

I had just woken up after working a night shift on a maternity ward, here in the UK. I thought I was watching a scene from a movie as the second plane hit the tower. It broke my heart when I realised this was reality...

I was at primary school, then in year 5; (10 years old). And when i got home my mum and sis were like 'OMG the twin towers in america were hit'. Now firstly i didnt have a clue what the twin towers were, so when i switched on the tv, every channel had a report on it; from channels 1-5 (british tv). I was scared they were heading for London next!

I was at work and it felt surreal to not have sounds of planes in the sky after all the planes in the US were forced to land. None of us felt very safe that day, not knowing if more were going to hit and where.
When I was your age, we had air raid drills in school, preparing in case Cuba would bomb us (I lived just outside NYC then). There was the same feeling when 9/11 occurred. But never be afraid. We live in a great country where people will be willing to die to defend you. Whenever you see someone in uniform, make their day and thank them!
