Think of Newton's Third Law of Motion "To every action there is an equal and opposite reaction" The terrorist activity is prevelant world wide and no government has complete control over it. All these activities have taken shape due to wrong policies and treatments meeted out to some group of people. India is a country where all religions exist together in peace and is fast becoming a country which would compete with the wold's strongest countries also and the vested interests do not want that to happen. It is the politicians who kindle the fire and then become hellpless when things go out of their control. We should have forthright condemned any attrocities committed on the basis of community, caste or religion and not take shelter by bringing out laws and rules that favour a particular community and thus subjecting other community citizens feel neglected or being made a scape goat to partial treatment at the hands of the politicians just to enable these politicians to satisfy their greed of power and make secure their vote banks. The law being enacted should not be permanent and should get revised and amended from time to time in order to favour only the desrving citizens. All these government laws only make the people feel more miserable and they losse faith and finally become frustated and take to guns. Also at the cost of an individual's life, they are prepared to take part in terrorist activities because of their critical financial resources which are taken care of by the terrorist organisations. These activities go on behind scenes and government does not have enough machinery to curb these activities as they are not even noticed at the budding stage itself. Government should constantly strive to guide the people and make amentments to the mistakes which they have been committing for years.

there are two ways to look at it..
1. as the government.......they are responsible for the safety of their citizens..that is why we are paying tax at every nook and corner.........
The intelligent agencies are responsible for their lack of collecting infromation...The Indian government takes things very lightly...And the people who head the government are busy making speeches only...

I feel there is really an intelligence failure....and if at all there are some information...then they are iether ignored or not passed on to the concerned people...
We are famous in shredding crocodile tears....
Only after things happen..

2. If you look at the way the attacks are made by these cowards..who call themself freedom fighters...it is really difficult for any agency to stop them...Only difficult...not impossible...

I frankly believe that if you shoot few of the present polititians then things may change a bit

Can't tell if you are asking a question or making a statement... either way it is the responsibility of any government to accept responsibility for all acts of violence committed within their borders or outside their borders by the citizens of same said country. This accepts two premises: 1- that the criminals are/where within the control of said country, and 2- said country or it's agents have/had the ability to thwart the crime and neglected to. In essence it comes down to negligence - if they were negligent in any way than they are responsible.

anjum,

The blame for terrorist attacks should lay squarely on the attackers, whether Hindu or Muslim. It is these people who use unsanctioned force to coerce others into agreeing with them. Their ideas should be debated - verbally - and not with the use of bombs.

all goverments are responsible for all actions that take place within their borders and for actions by their citizens outside their borders ( this may not seem fair but it is the basis for many international laws and agreements ) ( note that this does not mean they can control the actions of their citizens - it does mean they have to punish them or turn them over to be punished )
