Best PC Issues Forum???

I am looking for a Forum that one can ask questions relating to PC hardware / Software issues. Hopefully it's a forum where the Questions are answered quickly.

Any recommendations?

note: please no Google Search answers. I am looking for personal recommendations. Also, I have tried using Yahoo Answers and was unable to get any answers.

i like pcpitstop they have some real educated people there and i worked tech support they recommended us using them for reference
