i say you get one but get something that you wont regret like a girls name of something stupid because i regret my tattoo

I agree that you should think twice, three times, as many times as possible before you actually do this. Yes, I know you can always remove tats with laser treatment if you decide later you don't want them, but who wants to go through THAT pain and expense? Anyway, if you're getting one then I assume you're doing it because you want a particular word or image on your body, so YOU are the best person to decide what you want, no? (Although the way you say "I'm getting a tatoo soon...." almost sounds to me as though someone ELSE might be asking you to or at least influencing you to.... is that what's happening?!)

The coolest tattoos I have seen are done by an artist in NYC who does exact replicas to scale of any piece of art in the world. From Dali to Norman Rockwell if you so choose. Whatever you get make sure it is something that is unique to you, tattoos are a form of expression and cannot be removed easily or cheaply so also consider seriously where on your body you want to have it put. Do not get a ta too drunk, my Buddy got his name done when serving on Korea a few years back and they misspelled his last name on his forearm. He didn't even notice it for a week because he thought the n at the end of his name which the artist made into an m was just ornate. The name of the artist in NYC escapes me, I apologize.

Check out some tattooists websites for ideas.
I like plain black tattoos and I'm not too keen on color ones. Most of all remember it'll be with you for the rest of your life so think what its gonna be like when your all old and wrinkly ;O)

I've spent all my life trying not to get my body marked but failed miserably. I've got a few scars but thankfully NO, repeat NO tattoos. If you make a mistake with your love life, it'll cost you a lot more to have it removed.

i quit like the japnes styls but a reckin you sould get something that means somethink to you and take your time choseing your desine beacuse it will be thear for a long time
