Not really. I don't want to be an advice guy, but...
I've been around for alittle while and done alot of stuff. So I get a small amount of "what would you do" in my life. I also run a business with a small amount of employees. This leads itself to that position also.

not especially. I prefer it when people know what to do and do it without my having to tell them.
on the other hand it's a good feeling when people come to you for help...
