4 - X/5 + 5 = 5/2
9- X/5 = 5/2
9 - 5/2 = X/5
18/2 - 5/2 = x/5
13/2 = X/5
65/2 = X

4-x/5 + 5 = 5/2 (multiply both sides by 5)
20-x + 25 = 25/2
x + 45 = 25/2 (multiply both sides by 2)
2x + 90 = 25
2x = 25 - 90
2x = -65
x = -65/2

simplfying x/5+9 = 5/2
LCD of 10 results in: 2X+90 = 25 or -65/2 = -32.5
