One thing you can do from your side is to add the email address to the blocked list. So from next time mail from that address will not be delivered to your mail box. For detailed instructions look into the blog below

There is no way to track the person who's sending you anonymous e-mails. However, you can change your e-mail preference to block all junk mail. At the same time, when you use the internet, you e-mail address is automatically stored into those websites unless you delete the cookies on your computer.

do one thing report that email address as spam and in the near future you wouldnt be alerted from that particular email address........... ok...
if still you are not satisfied you can launch a complaint with yahoo.
thats all you can do....
if you resort to using tracking, you may find yourself as the defactor here in the eyes of law. so my advice will be to follow the first choice.... ok

Look up their Yahoo ID if it's a Yahoo email. It might also be a bogus email.
