How many do days have one month?

Hm. If this is how many days are in one month, the way I remember is this...keeping in mind that February has 28 days except in a leap year where it has 29...

Every other month has 30 or 31.

Start on the index finger of one hand, that month is January, the knuckle is raised, so it's a 'big' month, 31 days.

Then proceed to the valley between first and second finger, that's a small month since it's in a depression...that is February and has either 28 or 29 days.

Then March, knuckle top, 31days

Continue on until you get to the knuckle of the last finger...this one you tap twice...July and August have 31 days each...and begin going back along the hand...September 30, October 31...etc.

Someone taught me that trick long ago and it's one of the coolest little tricks I know for memory.
