why is it in every school i have gone there is always one guy who will be seeking all my attention that i end up thinking that he like me.this has happened a lot and in different schools,we will be very good friend and always together.what bothers me is i will feel them but they dont ask me out.wat is the problem with me.Also at the end i will find out that this guy will be following another girl.why me.

You are finding out something that I've recently begun to understand about people & their relationships. That is, that unless we make a change within ourselves, we will be destined to have the same relationship over & over again, even though it's with different people, only the faces change.
Don't think of it as: "What is wrong with me"? It's more like: "If, I'm doing the same thing over & over again, what can I do different this time to affect a change"?
It may be the type of guys you set your sights on for a relationship, maybe you set your standard too low.
Maybe in your group you have been marked as a girl who doesn't like to date much based on the type of guys you hang around with. Look around for a guy who tends to ask different girls out on dates & take an interest in him. He may ask you on a date, & then people will take a different view of you.
These are only examples I am using to explain my point & may not be true in your case. It will be up to you to look around you, & the way you are doing things to decide where you might try making a change.

Your young yet in school... be a player... play on his emotions and make him jeolious a bit... might go a long ways to capturing his attention...
