I believe it would either be Lincoln or FDR. Considering FDR had a major iimpact on WORLD politics during WW2, I lean toward him...yet Lincoln had numerous books written about the Civil War, etc

Gandhi is a good guess but I'm going to say Mao for total number of books written, although I guess you could say Marx for that matter as well
