A tablespoon or soup spoon if swallowed would be a problem. A fistful of salt would also have harmful effects. Drugs like aspirin in extreme doses has killed. A box of paperclips or carpet tacks would be a problem also. Even a cup of water if it went down the wrong way could be deadly. Just look around in your house as if you were childproofing it and lots of possiblities will appear.

It sounds like you're trying to kill someone. Bleach is obviously very smelly and can't be secretly put into someone's drink. But I hear visine eye drops can be deadly. My disclaimer is that you don't do anything crazy like try to kill someone with poison, it's illegal and can have you incarcerated.

Pine sol, bleach, lysol, boric acid...oooh, ammonia and bleach mixed together in high enough concentration is a non-ventilated room can kill people. The gas is highly toxic.
