this is so irresponsible and smatters of greed on the part of Burnett. he's really drag at the bottom of the barrel; and doesn't care about being irrespinsibily incendiary about it either. Who's putting their foort down and ignoring the whole thing?

I think the is going to be the last year of survivor. Lots of people are boycotting it. Survivor should have known that people are going to not like splitting it up into races.

Survivor has always been, and will always be, a social experiment. You may think it is wrong, or a publicity ploy, but if you are that outraged, at least read what Mark Burnett (the shows producer) has to say about the format choice:

The basic argument Burnett makes is that he used the segregated format to show ethnic background has little if not nothing to do with being a good Survivor; it's the individual that counts.

I may watch, if I get back from my grad class on time. I know my wife will watch, she's a reality show fan.

I'm not boycotting this specific Survivor. I don't watch Survivor at all. It's just a glorified extended version of Fear Factor and I can't stand that show either. This particular Survivor is irresponsible.

I've ignored Survivor since season two!

I think this is a great idea on his part, at least now there is some sort of buzz about the show.

my country lor....used to show it together the same time w the states but now i think nobody watchin it in prime time so they r not showing it together the same time as the states la.....i hope my country TV station, the only tv station will at least show the amazing race the same time w USA.

btw, my poor ONLY tv station is SINGAPORE. we only get to c what they deem fit to put in the tube. used to have another TV station but due to tuff competition on both parties, it closes to let the original station stay n left us to c again what they seem fit. such thing!!!

I will be watching it as I have for the past few years. I am sure there will be plenty of people watching it also.......it does well in the ratings. Not everyone has to watch it---a personal choice.
