Digestive enzymes may help, or papaya tablets. Take 2-4 tablets at the start of each meal. Mylicon or Gas-X is good for gas. Betaine-pepsin tablets are also helpful if you have hypochlorhydria.

Chamomile tea or, if still in the market, Alka-Seltzer. It would help if you shy away from food that's too spicy and/or fatty first. Go for steamed or broiled dishes. Start your meal with soup.

Acidity ... what exactly are you referring to ? Blood acidity ?
