How i can get data conversion jobs from foreign countries?

I live in india and already involved in data conversion work(PDF to word conversion). I dont want 2 work 4 any BPO in india. I want job work directly from the foreign companies who give jobs to BPOs in India, so that i can earn what i really deserve.

Why would a foreign company want to ask you to do it for them?
