Clients tell me on a daily basis, for the most part. I like to compliment people as well, so that generates a lot of them.

Yesterday.....people say thank-you all the time....and so do I. It's just the way we talk here (Canada).
No one has said it today because it's 8:30 in the morning and I haven't left the house yet....I'm sure someone will by the end of the day though.

Well, at work I hear "thank you" all the time, but no one ever really means it. It seems like just a reflex thing to do. I can't remember the last time someone genuinely appreciated my efforts. Maybe that's why I'm on yahoo right now instead of doing something else!

just before 3 hours i was in a birthday party n ma friend was like ohhh thx u thx u lool don worry u wont find any thx u here n not all of us r mean i don know why most of u get pissed off from each others relax n remember no body is perfect

About 5 minutes ago. I work with 13 guys and try to listen to them and be there for them b/c some of their wives don't want to hear them complain, I bring breakfast for them sometimes, always have cold drinks(water/gatorade) for them when they are done for the day .... I get looked after like a sister so it works for us.

Actually it was 'thanks', but I think you could count that as well.
And, no they are not mean, not at all.
But I needed to change several jobs. And on the last one, before this... grrrh... sometimes I still wake up screaming because of them. ;-)
