Unplug all cables from the computer
Carry it to your car
Drive to the landfill.
Leave it there.
Or better yet, donate it to your local school or library. You get a (small) tax deduction and an entire new generation gets hooked.
There ain't, in the words of my wife's uncle, nothin' wrong with that computer that a gallon of gas and a match won't fix.

Just divert ur mind do some thing small in the middle when ur surfing the computer and try to increase ur work as u go long u will leave it no time.

Put down that mouse and step AWAY from the computer. Ignore those blinking lights and get thee to the kitchen. Stick your hands in sudsy water and try to forget. Oh and never, ever listen to the voices in your head.

turn some music on and do 5 things in your house. then take a 15 minute break to play on the computer. do 5 more things and take another break. then you can wake your child up for lunch.
