Twilight Zone Re-runs when I was a kid in the 70's.
I used to watch them with my dad late at night.

The one that stands out the most for me was the one with William Shatner on an airplane and there was a strange humanoid thing outside on the wing ripping the airplane apart.

It used to scare me when David Banner started turning into the Hulk. I was only 6 or 7 at the time. It's so funny to think about silly things like that now.

I got scared of the skull in the kids program Knightmare, as parts of it tore away as they ran out of time. Also I got scared by the programe catchphrase, It was one bit of music they played to reveal a catchphrase, that always made hide behind a pillow as a kid!

Night Gallery, in the 70's. The whole show was scary.
Dark Shadows had good creepy music that I'll never forget- Barnabas Collins- that sexy man.

As a child nothing scared me on tv, but when I got old enough to know better I got scared sh!tless by the episode of Buffy called "Hush" (it's the one with no dialogue and the men with no mouths float along and get their minions to rip out your heart). Now that is scary!

The huge, glaring skull, right at the end of the closing credits of Star Trek always got me running for the sofa.
