You should go to http://uk.yahoo.com

and search for "B&B london" or "B&B london victoria"

B&B = bed & breakfast... these are like guesthouses, but are the 3 star versions of hotels. Breakfast is always included and they are at least 3 times cheaper with any place that calls itself a "hotel" in London... the best one i know:

I stayed at the County Hall Travel Innnear the London Eye (only 15 mins on tube to Victoria), there may be other travel inns even closer. Only £90 a night - bargain for London.
