Go see your PCP and tell him the facts, ask about slipped discs, and pinched nerves and then be aggresive in getting relief.
Be aggressive, it's your body, your future.
My tingling resulted in a left side stroke from a right sided brain bleed.

Go and see a doctor, I had a friend that went through the same thing and after years of ignoring it she found out that she had a blood clot in her neck, and what she was having was mild strokes. not saying that's your problem, but it's always better to be safe than sorry later.

My husband sometimes has this problem. It could be a slipped disc. See your doctor. or Physical Therapist. They can give you exercises to help the condition.

Check with your doctor, but I recommend seeing a chiropractor.
