How do you attach plastice to PVC in building a Green House?

You put grommets in the plastic and attach it with cable ties.

you can buy a self assembly lean to from b&q which are supposed to be easy!! they come as 6 panels i think. cost approx £1000.if you know a bit about building or know someone who does you should be fine.but that price you could afford to get a builder in to do the foundations!
