What do you mean ? "wher" It should go Whirr....
It is under the bonnet/hood. on the left hand side. Over the wing arch. Pull the little flap up - et voila!
Plug a laptop with diagnostic software loaded & running, and all is well. Bit of a long answer to a simple question, but all the best with it.
