my boss at my latest job seeks for my attention all while.he finds silly reasons to spark a conversation and will go on and on.looks like he is totally satisfied with my attention and is hardly concerned with my work.no doubt his talks are associated with work ,so should i consider this healthy because these are my starting days , i cant assume things and i have'nt got to know him very well.i doubt seriously though..please help.

tactfully ask him to please excuse you and save some of these tidbits for later so you can concentrate on learning your job with the information you already have. suggest to him that you will come seek him out when you run into a problem

He probably is taken with you right now! Always keep it professional and he will eventually mellow out! I know this because, I sold cars for years(mostly a man's world) and of course I got alot of attention from the guys,but when they finally figured out that this was my job and that's how I treated it they backed off.

How old is he and how old are you? Is he married and are you married? Has he suggested that you stay after work to halp on any projects? Do you feel that he is interested in more than your work? Maybe he is interested in you as a girl friend or maybe he sees promise in you and has marked you for promotion. Proceed with care and try to figure out what he is really after

If your avatar's picture is really you, it's entirely possible that his interest in you is more than work-related. Make sure you're dressing appropriately for work, and try to avoid being alone with him behind closed doors (you may want there to be witnesses to any potential "he said/she said" situations if something inappropriate goes on at work...)

well if that is you in the pic there is one reason he is not concerned about you work he wants to get in your pants do not believe his bull **** he more then likely has a woman at home and just wait for the sexual harassment and make some money off him thinking with his dick
