sure they actually make a strap for that.......but can they still hear?

The arms of the glasses (the bent part) that would normally be placed on top of and behind the ears could be twisted inwards so that they actually stick in the holes that the ears would surround if they were present. Simple.

Why Not?

The person can fix the spectacles to his nose by a clip & wear glasses! No need for arms or curves for the ears!

Yes, there are straps that go around the head for glasses. One can rig his own holders in various ways as well. Wire them to a cap or a headband, for example.

They could were the prescription goggles or contacts. Either way, I would be more worried about having no ears.
