Probably $400-$500 for 3 people. Granted I shop primarily at Wild Oats, a natural and organic grocery store, so the prices are fairly steep, but it's worth it for the quality and freshness of the fruits, vegetables and meats.

We used to spend about $300 a month, for 2 adults and 1 7yr old boy. I hate leftovers of anything except spaghetti or lasagna. My boyfriend is a great cook and can make a terrific meal from leftovers. Since we've been eating left overs, our grocery bill has been reduced to about $200.

It all depends on what type of food we buy and the brand names. I live with my mother and sister. On average we spend about $450 a month. We tend to eat out sometimes as well.
I will be moving in with my boyfriend in a few months and we estimated that we will spend about $400 a month for just the two of us.

About $100.00 a month - but I'm a single gal. That includes household cleaning supplies too. I probably spend about the same though in eating OUT a month.
