x and y have the same mother. if "x" want claim "y"as his son what it would be the dna test result

x and y are brothers and have the same mother but different father .If "X" want claim "Y" as his son. and if the do DNA paternity test the out come of the result would tell "x" is the father since they are half brothers?

too confusing...they will share DNA but prolly not enough to say that a brother is the father

No, the test would show that they are brothers through a maternal relationship but not a paternal relationship.
