What I mean in my question is a non orthodox white ethnic Jew, not a converted Jew. I am just curious.

If you are meaning a white person with actual Jewish ancestry, then I would say that it is impossible. Ashkenazim have so little actual Jewish ancestry. My daughter is blond. I know some Jews who are redheads.

What difference does it make? People all look alike, and it should not be your concern whether they follow the Jewish religion, or not.
Being a Jew means being of the Jewish faith-not race. There are a few of the Jewish ''race'' left on the face of the earth, but very few. Judaism in a religion-not a race.
