i whant to know if is safe to go until the end of the sexual act if it is har first day?

you mean the "rhythm method"? like a woman's ovulation calendar. it's different for every lady. in order for a lady to figure out when she ovulates, she would have to track stuff by taking her temperature every morning before she gets up then throughout the day for a while. then she could pretty accurately assume when she is ovulating. i guess there's a spike in temp. or something before it happens. they have classes on that stuff because it's pretty complicated from my understanding. that's why everyone says....there is no time of the month when a lady can't get pregnant.

first day of what.i used those calendars and i followed my doctors instructions. sex if fine as long as the doctor hasnt told you no ask the doctor
