What makes a good Doctor is pure dedication to his vocation /what he or she learned through training and his ongoing skills as he progresses different aspects of the Medical Profession

Colour of the skin is no way to judge a doctor. Primarily it depends on the doctor's knowledge,experience and his commitment. This is not an appropriate question to ask.

I don't think it would normally make a difference but I have to say the only doctor I trusted was a black man.
