Go to a local mobile shop and take some id with you to confirm phone is yours and not stolen,

I would advise against doing down market as they dont use proper equipment.

I had a phone unlocked down market for £10 and since then battery drained out a whole lot quicker!

A local mobile phone dealer would change the same as someone down the market but at least you know its been done properly.

don.t try unlock codes yourself as you could end up locking it completely go to a local trader that does unlocking look in your local directory or yellow pages to find a store near you they usually charge £10 and it takes a couple of minutes and it will take any sim but remember if it not got 3g facility it will not take the 3 network sims linda
