H.P and the Philosopher's Stone was a great film, and each subsequent one has been even better.
So I would say, none of them sucked, but each was out-shone by the book.

Goblet of Fire. It could have been sooooo much better. It's like they rushed through it and there was no chance to establish the new characters.

I don't think any of them sucked... but I was disappointed with GOF. It could have been done so much better.
