the size label ripped and now i have sticker stuff on my jeans that i cant get off.

That happened to me, and i just washed the jeans like normal and all of the sticker came off in the wash. If some still seems stuck on then you can use the product "Goo Gone" which is at most stores in the cleaning aisle.

what about a seam ripper - I'm assuming you mean the size label - a sticker shouldn't rip jeans......
