What kills me are mostly the gestures in a man. I can't really explain easily but when a man looks attractive to me, the next thing is I observe how he acts, because if I see arrogance in a man's gesture it totally turns me off no matter how good he looks.
Oh, and the first thing I look are the lips and eyes.

well, physically? 3 things mostly - Smile
V area: you know when a guy is in shape and you still see that V shape defition right above the pelvic area
EYES! they don't necessarily have to be blue but if they can peirce or go on for miles.........Oh man!
