Good luck. The only "deal" you may find is someone who will finance anyone. Of course you will be paying huge interest way over 20%. By the time you pay off the loan you could have bought 4 bikes. Save up and go used. Why incur more debt when it's obvious that you cannot mange your credit situation and money?

Forget the new bike -- you will waste your money and look vain. Got may first bike, an old used Yamaha RD250 2 stroke, for $200. With some months of practice, I was leaving riders on brand new modern sports bikes in the dust. If you just want something pretty to sit on, try your luck with women.

Why dont you save some money and buy a good used one? Check out cycletrader.com. That is where I found mine for $1500 less than the dealer.

Welcome to Reality, my name is Pilgrim.
Thank you for choosing us for your learning tour today, I hope your experience with us will be a positive one.
Please keep all wants and desires inside the car at all times, and secure or remove any loose money or credit as this will be a fast and bumpy ride.
I see everybody's seat belt is fastened, so here we go!
On your left you will see the children of liberals and other inexperienced parents, you will notice that all their wants and needs are immediately granted by their parents. In the adult world we call this COMMUNISM. They grow up believing they have a right to everything they want.
As we proceed, please direct your attention to the right side of the car, these are the children of parents who have been taught the work ethic. These children are taught that the things they want are earned. These children grow up with a respect for property, and learn how to work to earn money to buy the things they want and need.
As we proceed, on the left side of the car you will see a group of teenagers who have more regard for their peers than they do for their parents. Please notice the attributes of the teen culture, Goth, piercings, tattoos, pants pulled down around the ankles. These teens are destined to a life of frustration as teen values seldom result in success in the adult world.
Over on the right, another group of teens is diligently studying. This particular group of teens was home schooled, and have adopted the values of their parents. Please note their ability to interact with adults with full eye contact. Note the respect and manners they have adopted. The individuals in the previous group presently call them "nerds", but in a few short years they will have a new word they use when talking to these bright young people, they'll be calling them "Boss".
On the left again you will see a group of young adults. The most difficult aspect of their jobs is saying "da you want fries with that?".
On the right you will see another group of "twenty-somethings", they have passed their SATs and are too busy doing term papers and lab projects to even look up.
Oh look, over there on the left, there's some fully grown adults extending their credit lines as far as they can to buy everything they want. You may think they're daring, but two words can bring their world to ruin. Can you guess those two words? YES! Correct! The two words are "You're fired!".
There, see over on the right, those businesses. They're managed and owned by moral, educated, diligent adults. See how they take on the responsibility of business, marriage, children and family.
Now, you will notice there isn't much of anything on the left of the car right now. Those tombstones are all there is of those who earned an early grave from cigarette smoking, alcohol, drugs, homosexuality/AIDS, gang involvement, motorcycle wrecks . . .
But look, over on the right, do you see those silver haired folks laughing and enjoying their retirement with cruises, vacations, recreational vehicles and touring motorcycles, they have nice homes, children with families and grandchildren who love to come and see grandma and grandpa.
Well, that's all for our tour, please watch your step as you get out of the car.
Please proceed to the door marked "smart choices" and live your life like you mean it.

Pay cash and stop wasting money on finance charges....
If you can't afford new, buy a used one...
If you can't afford used, you have no business going further into debt... try a bicycle...
