Apparently there is a 3rd person somehow involved...but they are not releasing any info..I have been racking my brain trying got figure out who it was..was it the lawyer?? the assistant? and they are saying no drugs were found in his system...then why are they awaiting a new toxicology report?

The third person in the room was her Lawyer Howard Stern...They are saying it might be fowl play and there is an investigation under way. Anna Nicole Smith will have to go back for an inquiry...the toxicollogy report and autopsy is not being released.

last thing I heard was that police were looking at the death as suspicious. I would hope they did, since a healthy young 20 year old man walked in to the hospital, and died while visiting for no apparent reason. Oh yeah they also said in the article that there was another person in the room beside Anna Nicole and the son, but won't say who.

The latest just a second ago said that the death is "definitely suspicious" and that they either suspect an overdose of antidepressants or possible poisoning.
The CNN report said that her lawyer was the only one in the room at the time and they expect criminal charges to be filed, but they didn't say towards who.
Also, they said that Anna Nicole has suffered a "memory loss" since she had to be so heavily sedated.
I, myself find that highly suspicious. She may have a short-term memory loss of a few seconds, but it would come back to her what happened, that is.
