I feel my sister has been using me over the past 5 years. She has had a string of boyfriends all of which she's dumped. Whenever she's in between one relationship and falling into the next is when she thinks of me, even though I have always considered her well being first. i live with her and am beginning to get quite irritated. what do i do?

if u get a boyfriend, u will also notice that u will do the same thing your sis does now. only logical her priority change to her boyfriend. u won't live with her forever, u going to meet someone special, shift out 1 day, get a job far from sis, get married , etc etc, is all part of growing up. so just let things be, u be old enough sooner than u think & doing the same boyfriend thing as her.

Tell her how you feel. She may be coming to you because all those relationships hurt her and she wants to do something nice for someone. It may be one of the only ways that she can feel worthwhile. You are always there when she wants to be nice to someone, therefore, you are the one who receives her kindness. Even if this is the case, you should move out. (unless your too young to do so) Gain some independence. You obviously deserve it, but always let your sister know that you'll be there for her when she needs you. :)

I don't know the age of you and your sister.. but, from personal experience my younger sister not to mention my older and younger brothers have made me feel they use me as well. Especially my younger sister; the only time I ever hear from her is if she is in trouble or need money. Girlfriend, let me tell you it's called tough love to turn away from your siblings but, I would suggest you find a place of your own and let her fend for herself and realize how important you are to be in her life. She really needs to learn to live on her own and face the sacrifices in her life that she continues to bring fourth on her own. Good Luck and I sympathize with your heart.

Document your irritation. Dates, and so forth. then calmly tell her you feel as if your have been wronged. Try not to get too excited about it. I am sure your sister sees things differently.

just tell her you are very umcomfortable with her behavior and you 2 need to talk about it. Just be up front about it.
