You need to see a Dr to have some tests. You or your husband obviously have some fertility problems even though you have one child. It depends what age you are as well, it becomes more difficult for women to become pregnant after the age of 35.

Have you gone to your doctor for tests? There might be some damage to your ovaries or to the fallopian tubes. Have your husband checked out as well, because it is the male who initiates the egg in dividing to make a child. His sperm count could have lowered in the past 6 years.
