On the radio thismorning, I heard audio of terrible remarks by Rosie O'Donnell on 'The View.' She was bashing Christians, etc. I am trying to find some place on the net where I can get that audio. Has anyone heard about this?

Let me guess you must be a Christian. . .right?!! Rosie O'Donnell never said she was the Queen of Nice. That's just a title her fans gave her. Barbara Walters and everyone else at ABC knew what they were getting when they hired Rosie O'Donnell. Everyone has their own opinion about things. You may agree with her or not, but don't get all bent up over this. There are worser and more serious things that have been said on television. I don't think she meant that Christian's were cutting off peoples heads and blowing up people in America. There is a stifling religious movement going on right now in the USA. I think what she meant was that Christian's come off as NARROW MINDED, JUDGEMENTAL, HOLYER THAN THOU, JESUS FANATICS who don't really know what it means to be a true Christian. The bible talks of unconditional love, kindness and forgiveness. Most Christians these days tend to be unforgiving, judgemental and cruel. They read the bible, but don't practice the message within it. I'm not bashing Christians, but let's just be honest with ourselves here. No one ( INCLUDING THESE SO CALLED CHRISTIANS ) lives their lives exactly by the book. It's just too complicated, too contradictory and too much to live up to. Ofcourse, not all Christians are this way, but you have to admitt that the majority of them are. You and I may not always agree with Rosie, but at least she has enough heart to be herself, speak her mind when so many others are afraid to these days. And for the record the show is called THE VIEW not JUST ONE VIEW.

First of all, Jim W's comments are so out of touch with reality that it almost defies the power to comprehend saying things so stupid.

There is no "Truth" to the lesbo hypocrite holier than thou Rosie. She exploits the forum she has to spout her hate and her filth. When was the last time you have heard of DAILY murder via bombings and torture? Hmmm, Muslim terrorists. When was the last time you have heard of dozens of mutilated bodies being dumped on city street- oops Muslim fundamentalists again, Flying airliners full of innocent victims and murdering thousands in a single day? Nope, not the Christians. The :Left: and its collective head in the sand touchy feely all are equally attitude flies in the face of reality, and teach day's news just proves you all the more wrong. Rosie should be yanked from the airwaves, and i for one will buy NOTHING from any advertiser associated with her.

Sorry I do not know where to find video. I saw it live & have received email with text. You can find the real text on line. I thought the whole letting her dog lick her baby's butt to help with diaper rash bordered on child abuse. Then she says all Fundamentalist Christians are as bad as Fundametalist Islamics who brought down the twin towers. She is disgusting & the "View" is off my list until a new co host appears. She is no Meredith for sure. I disagreed with Meredith & Joy's views but free speech & all, but I have freedom of the remote control too! NO Rosie - the "B"

Theres consistently been a schism between Christians throughout the time of and after the autumn of Rome. This schism or chop up later grew to alter into greater for the period of the midsection a protracted time. there have been many Christian sects that condemned different Christian sects interior the evolution of Christianity. case in point, the Arians who believed that the holy trinity weren't one entity, yet separate entities, have been condemned heretical. whilst Rome fell, Christianity became divided east and west, one area ruled by utilising a pope and the different by utilising a bishop. there have been consistently indifferences. So, taken all this under consideration, are there relatively actual Christians? possibly all of them are, or possibly non are.

There is no way her comments should be allowed to go unchallenged. I asked basically this same question last night and got as many Christian haters as I did Rosie O'Fat haters: Sad. This whole thing that America is being ruined by the far right Christians is nothing but a bunch of bull perpetuated by the perverted and sick sector (a vast minority by the way) that wish to lash back at Christianity because it (Christianity) refuses to lower its moral standard in order to accept whatever deviant behavior they wish to force people to accept as "normal." I demand that all of them start to give examples of how the Christian Right is ruining us. Abortion clinic bombings and such are perpetrated by people that are obviously outside the norm. No sane person is going to bomb buildings regardless of how much they disagree with what goes on inside. Show me how the millions of good, honest, conservative, Christian families in country are ruining it. Show me!

When the idiots of the world like Rosie O'Fat realize that the God loving, family-oriented, hard working conservatives of this country (millions of them) are damn near the only thing holding it together, the US will be far better place. I just don't have much hope that it will ever happen.

I agree with Jim W, I haven't heard what she said but I know it is probably the truth. Christians always think they are right and everyone else is going to hell if they don't believe in god. What...a person can live their life being good, and yet they will still go to "hell" because they don't believe in god? Why can't people just grow up and accept people for who they are. You want to banish people for who they love? What if it was your son or daughter that fell in love with someone of the same sex? What are you going to do, never talk to them again, not love them for who they are? Church and state is supposed to be seperated, but as long as there is christian minority over the united states, it will never be. Hopefully that will soon change, because more and more people are finally opening their eyes to the truth. Like that saying goes, "why can't we all just get a long?"

Alicia, you are unfairly generalizing about Christians. Just as others denigrate Democrats, Republicans, or anyone else who is different. Christian parents sometimes have children who say they are homosexual. And the ones I know have handled this with love and kindness toward their child, while being sad about the choice.

If you go to the website of radio stations in general, you might be able to get hold of that!

By the way, how come you resemble Hilary Clinton? Any connection?
