Postdating checks is illegal, however I do not know that there are laws against writing checks in anticipation of deposits. I do know that intent matters. It is fradulent to write checks that you know will bounce.

I laugh at this !!! It truly cracks me up !

This was also in the news when Walmart would now immediately withdraw through electronic means, checks you just wrote out to purchase something. People were whining that they didnt have the money. Well I say keep your sorry A$$E$ at home then and don't shop till have the money! GOOD GAWD people YES its THAT simple !!!

If you don't have the money, then you don't leave the house! If the way you handle your money is NOT working then make a change as only YOU can!

aaaaaaaaaaaah life is good when you save save save !!
