No! It doesnt always have to hurt. Use as much water based lubrication as you want (try "pjur eros"). change your position, use a small dildo to get your anus used to being opened slowly. practice, and relax and youll be ok. Some guys are too big, so you may have a fear of large cocks. Also, try a different brand of condom and make sure it fits perfectly. Ensure you are both lubricated well.
