Most definitely! Either that, make sure she buys next time and remind her then.
Otherwise you set yourself up to be put on the spot again in the future...alittle here alittle there adds up. It's a thing called trust and between friends...respect. Weigh all the things you've done for one another...if it's one sided, you may have to give some thought to changing how the friendship is represented.
Good Luck ... we all go through this one time or another...

I would give up on collecting the $30. Maybe the next time she suggests going out, you should say something like "I would love to, but my funds are a little short". If she offers to treat then take her up on it, but keep your expenses moderate. If she does not and has a pattern of not paying back, she is likely a moocher and not worth having as a friend.

I would call her (not email) and let her know you have a payment coming up and you need the $30 she owes you. Ask her if you could come by tomorrow and pick it up?
If she puts you off, tell her the payment is due by "Friday" and you need the money. Don't rag on her or assume she'll skip on her debt to you. That's defensive and she'll get offended fast.

Lesson learned - never loan money for partying. If you're not very good at saying no to your friends, what in your lifestyle are you willing to give up for them??

good luck and don't let anymore time go by....

If it's bothering you that much, let her know. Tell her it isn't about the money it's that she said she'd pay you back. Maybe she forgot, or hopes that you did. If you don't get it out it will just fester. The other thing is next time you go out w/ her say you forgot your money/card/whatever and have her pay.

this time it is ok, if you do not mind the lost of 30 dollars, and maybe she can appreciate you that(even though the chance the girls' integrity lowered and chance of retaining relation is also lowered), and do not permit him the next time, facing similar persons or all persons, do not readily lend but assess like how much to lend, chance of repayment, how long, your potential relations with her so on factors

30 bucks is a small price to pay to lose a dead beat.
Consider it a lesson but don;t forget it. She cannot easily bother you again.

Just consider a 'donation' to her and since you know her 'style' therefore, just stay away from her else, you might keep on 'donating' to here from time to time....
