Here's what is scary about that........elections may be postponed during times of war. So, basically, he could legally do so with approval of congress. We can only pray the democrats take over the majority in November.

NO! He's only after the pay-out he is 27.5 months from collecting not bad for someone who's been handed all kinds of opportunity & never acheive any sucess on his own. Think we would have of heard of him if he was an orphan? The old mans coatail free ride no wonder he shows no real sincere concern for the majority! You might see his lips move in that direction but the action/nonaction speak something else!

No, He lacks the support in the military to do that after his term is over. The minute he is no longer president, he will be completely without authority over the military. -

well he would be the man for the job, don't you think, he has war experience, he has protected Americans from another terrorist attack like 9-11, sure, he didn't win his invasion of Iraq, but it's just one front on the global war on terror, the Democrats can figure out a plan to end his war, sure Saddam had nothing to do with the attacks of 9-11, and Osama is free, but the Democrats can go hunt him down to.,,,,,

Very scary, but, I could see that happening.
And he'll have his henchmen, cheney, rove & rumsfeld at his
side to back him up.
Unfortunetly, he's already had 6 yrs. to practice being a dictator.

I think you should look up the word "Democracy".
Although I find it hard to believe he got into office without some 'wrangling' on both occasions I'm sure he couldn't do what you are suggesting above.

I don't think so but if it does we are all in big trouble. Even if he says he needs to stay in office one day longer then the normal time he is supposed to leave there is something wrong.
