I've said it before, but I think it bears repeating...
Sleaze, controversy and moral outrage are to contemporary political discourse what bikini-clad babes have been to beer advertising for the last 30 years.
Those without depth of thought have no choice than to respond on pure emotion, and no language to use other than that which they hear used by the big boys on Fox and CNN.

Nah, the morons did not need 9-11 to come out. Some serious issues do come up and some good answers are given, but a lot of what goes on here is broken into left and right and depending on who either supports or denounces it first depends on how the others react. It does get tiring looking at all the Bush threads.

There are some rational, positive things on here, you just have to dig for them. But I do agree there's a lot of bashing back and forth. My suggestion is start posting some rational, positive things. You'll get some good answers mixed in with the crap but that's just the way it is I guess.

First of all, yes there are some intelligent people here if you take the time to look. Secondly, who are you to say that others opinions don't matter? Obviously you feel that yours do or you wouldn't take it upon yourself to tell everyone else here what is wrong with them.

I generally agree.
I got attacked and fell into a lot.Mostly over it now,though it is fun.
Politics is a lot like a football game.Two sides,a lot of tackling,and win at all costs.
BTW,it's alright to admit the far right is morally hypocritical anyway!
