A vicious break-up. The relationship needed to end, but we didn't need to be so malicious to each other.

I regret being so mellow and laid back. Oh sure, I traveled and partied; enjoyed the world I lived in; Loved a few Girls along the path; made the whole planet my home. To what end though, I ask myself. I'll never be like those money grubbing stressed out office monkeys now, I just let that chance slip by. How will I ever have my first heart attack by forty eight now? I'll never know the joy of an insincere relationship with a trophy wife. There will be no pleasure of the pecking order for me. Alas, you never get a second chance to completely ruin your life this way. I'll just have to be content with being happy, I guess.

My divorce.
I got caught up in the workaholic game to get ahead. It resulted in my bringing the work environment. home. Everything became 'cut n' dried' in that I lost my sense of compassion and understanding.
As the old adage goes, 'hindsight is 20-20.'
If I had to do it all over again knowing what I know now, I would still be married to this day. What a big mistake!
