Is it true that a vulture won't eat a dead cat?

I heard that nothing will eat the remains of a cat.
I also heard that crows don't steal, bit i caught three in my corn field, one had a bushel, one had a peck, the last one had a roasting ear tied around his neck.

Not true. A vulture will not eat a dead lawyer because of professional courtesy.
