Only some white women are they only ones who need to wear make up.... But some women insist on it, why? I mean, its not like the stuff is very cheap or even changes your look?(well, unless you go for a large change of look, loud lipstick etc)

All women want to wear make-up whether they need it or not. Beautiful models still wear them.
This is all part of the social norms. With the exotic and beautiful looks of the races, you mentioned above, make- up is still needed to enhance that natural beauty.Make-up is also needed to hide minute flaws,imperfections, and those signs of aging as well as accentuate those positive features.
Plus a woman feels naked without the warpaint. This is all because of the rigorous demands of society for her to look her best. If she wants to ensnare a man, wouldn't she be dressed to the hilt which includes make-up?. Have you ever seen Oprah Winfrey without her make-up? Her inner beauty is not visible to the naked eye. That's why the saying goes, a book is judged by its cover.
Moreover, the young ones tend to slather on oodles of make-up versus the mature or married ones. The more matured women are more confident that they don't require a lot of make-up. The married ones, because they already got their men or because of their busy schedule of wife and motherhood or career.
Moreover, the entertainment media esp TV aads portray and glamorize women with makeup.This all part of the sales gimmick or strategy. It's all about business. I hope I presented you with enough rationale behind the necessity of makeup. This applies to all women of any race. There are some women notably, caucasians who are lovely enough but require or need for a better choice of word,

No one really needs to wear makeup, but we do. Makeup is not to change or cover up, but rather to accentuate. Black people look beautiful in exotic colors with some dark or bright lipstick. Asians can also be very fair skinned and look gorgeous with or without makeup. Native Americans also look nice with makeup on. Whats wrong with makeup. It is expensive but if it gives a woman more confidence, or makes her feel prettier, then I say slap it on baby!

Russia has a border. Some Russians are Asian as some of Russia is in the continent of Asia. Some are European. Depends where they live. Russia is vast. India is in Asia so people are referred to as Asians (in the UK. Eastern Asians are Oriental if we don't know which specific part of east Asia they are from)

It makes women feel pretty or we just feel ugly we she the girls in movies and videos and there all painted up and they look beautiful and we think we need to look just like them to make guys notice us women

What has really intrigued me is this... Blacks consider themselves appealing if they are lighter skinned e.g. a darker shade of brown rather than pitch black, Whites consider themselves sexier if they have a tan, a lighter shade of brown. So what does that make brown (Indian) people? The superrace ;-)... everyone wants to be like them

Women wear makeup to feel better about themelves whether they have to or not. No moman NEEDS makeup, but to feel better aobut ourselves we choose to wear it.
