I would consult a private investigator. When I was having problems with my ex wife and suspecting her infidelity, we put a tracking device on her car. It was located on the frame underneath the car, but was too expensive to maintain for long, so I said the heck with it. If she wanted to cheat on me, then that's her problem. As it turned out, she was, and we are history (for the past 10 years).

Have you tried looking for it yourself? I would check the bumpers, if the device is visiable you should see a little red light. Call the police, sounds like you have a stalker.

There are two types of tracker GPS and radio.
You can buy scanners for each but they are expensive.
If this person is stalking you, call the police and tell them what you think is happening. They may have the neccessay equipment.

do you have a mechanic you can trust? ask the mechanic if he knows how to look for one, or.........if he knows someone who does.
If you know anyone in the police dept, that could help too, they will know.
If you feel your in danger due to this person knowing where you are, you can also ask the police to check.
Another idea is a car dealership.
