A newly installed carpet got stained and had to be cleaned 3 times to remove the stains. considering that cleaning reduces the longevity of the carpet should I accept it as new carpet

Who did the staining you or the installation company?? If it's you just accept it. If it was the installers, I would ask for that room to be redone.

I always pre-treat the stains before they are cleaned perfessionally just to be on the safe and the stain almost always comes out and I use shout.

My sisters dad-in-law is a carpet sales/installer, and many carpet warrantys are voided by carpet cleaning.

now it is clean you might want to use Scotchguard spray to protect the carpet in the future.
