chill out. getting stressed is no help to anybody. do your best and thats all you can do. there is more to life than exams. anybody that says different is lieing. calm down approach life with the attitude of i will do what i can, what i cannot do i cannot do, and i will not stress about it.
regards the weight, exercise regularly, eat healthy. if you want advice on sensible weight loss, and exercise go to your doctor or join a gym. diets are a waste of time, you just need to have a healthy lifestyle and you will lose weight. i have lost 2 stone in the last 3 months by exercising for a minumum of an hour 5 times a week. i have cut out 90% of my unhealthy food, and now eat properly. a good way to lose weight is to stop eating carbs after 3pm. eat bigger lunches and smaller dinners. higher protein for dinners. cut out snacks. DO NOT COMFORT EAT BECAUSE YOU ARE STRESSED!

Have a good chat to your mum about all this. Its natural to worry about exams etc., but instead of stressing over it all just set yourself a timetable to study at home and once youve done your study for the day relax and try experimenting with different low fat foods cooking is a good way of relaxing and you can sort out your diet to lose the weight. In other words dont sit there stressing (waste of your time), sort it out and start taking action so you feel in control. Im sure your family will back you if they know how you feel.

Wow steady there girl. You will blow a fuse. Firstly if you are worried about your weight, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, instead of just moaning. Go to see your GP/Nurse and ask for a diet sheet or to be referred to a dietitian. Do more exercise which will help with your weight problems and also alleviate some of your stress. Talk to your tutors and your parents and let them know how you feel. Learn some relaxing techniques. Your GP/Nurse can help with these also.

pass swimming. i like to swim, on warm days. Take a chum/member of your loved ones, with you. pass out and get some clean air and notice, if there are any community areas.. close to you. Or, in case you will particularly be interior, you generally have the cinema. i like to apply the computer and play on video games, whilst i'm extremely bored. There are a sturdy variety of exciting on line video games, the place you could meet new human beings and have exciting, making an allowance for, you look after your self. you could continually pass procuring or journey a motorbike. you could communicate at right here/ask questions or make your very own internet site. Or.. you could merely relax and watch the small screen television, with an outstanding.. ice chilly, glass of lemonade, lol! :)

you need to take a step back and stop making high priorities for yourself. be who you are and if nobody likes it they can go elsewhere. i'm not sure how much 13 stone is but who cares how much you weigh. as long as you are confortable (i think your not because of how people percieve you) the heck with everyone else. do something fun. hope you feel better.

see a Dr about your weight cut chocolate and crisps out of you diet and just have fun too remember yes you need to revise bout still go out with your mates your in your last year but don't worry please still have fun Hun stress will just make things ten times worse
