why cant i pay my bill on line?

I pay all my bills on line and this is the only one bill i have to send in.

It depends, what is the company name? Maybe they don't have a website set up. It can be many reasons. Is this a small company?

Most pay bill services will pay anyone with a name and address. Your bill pay service simply sends them a check in the mail -- just like you do.

Because they dont want you to pay it online
